Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Vegan English muffin
- Plant-based breakfast sausage
- Vegan grilling cheese
- Tomato
- Red onion slices
- Veggie Rings
- Arugula
- Vegan mayonnaise
Tips:
Life sometimes throws us a curveball so it’s important to have some prepared foods on hand to get you through the crunch. I keep my pantry and fridge stocked to handle occasions.
This creation happened during one of these moments. I grabbed some frozen options and threw them in the air fryer. Then reached into the fridge for some fresh veggies to add.
The only fast food I eat anymore.
