Whether you’re just starting your journey toward a whole food, plant-based lifestyle or a seasoned vegan veteran, meal planning can be tedious. Here’s a quick look at how I do it, balanced and healthy is the key. Variety is awesome, but I often find it’s best to stick with what you like. Repeating meals is not only cost-effective, but reduces waste. And anything we can do to reduce our footprint in this universe is welcomed.
